FIQRIA GEGIDZE

Student
  • I graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the Free University of Tbilisi in 2014. I studied Japanese language, history and politics and started to work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia soon after graduation. In April 2016 I was appointed as a First Secretary at the Embassy of Georgia to Japan and spent almost five years in Tokyo. I discovered my interest in the modern history of Georgia at the very beginning of my diplomatic career and am planning to research the development and transformation paths of post-soviet republics.
