During 2005-2009 he studied at the Tbilisi State University, the faculty of Social and Political Sciences, where he earned his BA degree in journalism. During 2010-2013 he studied Master Programs at Ilia State University, specialization – Caucasus in the European and Global context. From 2014 he is a PhD candidate at the Ilia State University. From 2010 he has been working as a researcher at the Soviet Past Research Laboratory. From 2017 he is a chairman of the Board of the Soviet Past Research Laboratory.
