Distribution of the tuition fee
In September, before the study commences, the University concludes an agreement with the student in which the student decides on the favourable schedule to pay the tuition fee.
For master’s programs: into 2, 4, 6, and 7 installments in the first study year, or 10 equal installments in the second study year.
The tuition fee may be paid in several ways:
Through an online portal: mypay.ge. The commission fee is 1% of the total amount paid.
TBCPAY-pay-box with a fixed commission of 1 GEL.
By cash at the banks listed below (the amount you pay will be immediately reflected in the new financial system of the University):
- Basisbank(no commission)
- Bank of Georgia
- TBC Bank
- Cartu Bank
- Credo bank
- VTB bank
- Pasha bank
Note: Only at the BasisBank, our students will benefit from the privileges and are exempt from the additional commission when paying the tuition fee.
The following information should be given to the bank employee when paying the tuition fee:

About financial debt and delays
In case of violation of the terms of payment of tuition fees, the University reserves the right to impose a financial penalty of 50 (fifty) GEL on the student. However, a student who pays the tuition fee in any of the methods described above and submits the relevant payment receipt to the university within the assigned time, will have the penalty waived for late payment regardless of when the amount is reflected in the university account.
