The course will familiarize students with Georgian and foreign archives, book depositories and online bases storing information regarding the 19th- and 20th-century history of Georgia and demonstrate the relevance of these sources for the study of history.

The course examines the ways of working with these sources, obtaining needed information and citing sources in research papers.
